• Abstract must be prepared using ACT18 abstract template. Please do not adjust page margins or other formatting. 
  • Abstract must be written in English containing no more than 300 words. 
  • The dimensions must not exceed one A4 page. 
  • Name your abstract file as Last name_First Initial_Abstract.docx (Example: Fuangthong_M_Abstract.docx).
  • Deadline for abstract submission is September 15, 2025 November 15, 2025. The content of the abstracts will be the basis for acceptance of oral/poster presentation at the Conference.

Guidelines for Poster Preparation

  • The poster should be in portrait orientation and should not be larger than 0.80 m. (width) x 1.20 m. (height).
  • Presenting authors should be available to answer questions during the poster presentation sessions.
  • All poster presenters are required to prepare a 2-minute flash presentation using a single slide (16:9 format).
  • Please submit your slide (.pdf format) named as your Name_Surname to [email protected] by December 8, 2025.
