Travel Award Opportunities
We are pleased to announce that travel awards are available for eligible participants attending the 18th Asian Conference on Transcription, to be held from December 14-17, 2025, in Bangkok, Thailand.
These awards are intended to support graduate students, post-doctoral researchers, and early-career researchers (within five years of graduation). The award includes a waived registration fee and accommodation at the Chulabhorn Research Institute Convention Center Residence during the conference dates (December 13–17, 2025).
Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must:
- Reside outside of Thailand
- Be registered participants of the conference
- Submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation
Application Requirements
Please submit the following documents:
- A brief statement of motivation (200-300 words)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Student ID or proof of enrollment
